"We're Sean and Andrea, partners in life since 2004 and passionate about building lasting relationships. Sean is a General Contractor with a knack for home renovations and staying updated on current events. Andrea's background is in Executive Administration, managing schedules and projects for CEOs and other professionals.

Together, we strive to be of SERVICE - whether through volunteer work, missionary trips, or helping others achieve financial and TIME freedom through Real Estate Investing (REI).  We started our REI journey in 2016, educating ourselves and learning from others, eventually purchasing our first income property in Oshawa, Ontario, in 2018.

We love to TRAVEL, especially in Europe, and are self-proclaimed foodies. We cherish moments with friends and family, gathered around a table, breaking bread, sipping "vino" and sharing stories.
